Ursula Cullen began her legal career as a barrister before transferring over as a solicitor.  Ursula is also qualified in England & Wales and the British Virgin Islands as a Solicitor Advocate.   Ursula practices in the areas of Employment Law, Litigation and Personal Injury.

Ursula has a wide range of experience in litigation having practised both in Ireland, the UK and offshore.   Ursula has worked and advised on cross-border insolvency, commercial and contractual disputes. Ursula also advises on contentious and non-contentious matters in respect to employment law.  She assists clients in drafting bespoke employment contracts, compromise agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and bespoke advice in corporate policies and procedures for internal HR matters.  She offers quality advice on unfair dismissals, contractual disputes, grievances, constructive dismissals, terminations, discrimination, equality and other areas of employment law.

Ursula is a regular speaker on the topic of lawyer wellness and workplace wellness and has spoken to law schools, organisations and businesses in Ireland on the topic.  She is also a certified executive coach.

Ursula joined Tully Rinckey LLP Ireland from a large recruitment organisation where she was In-House Legal Counsel.
