Tully Rinckey Welcomes Declan Brooks as a New Partner
10 August 2020 – Dublin – Tully Rinckey LLP is very pleased to announce that Declan Brooks has been named a partner in the Dublin office.
Declan had served as a consultant to the firm since September of 2019. He focuses his practice on property law for both private and commercial clients, acting for a range of property developers, housing and government bodies, mixed retail, commercial and residential projects. He also focuses on both the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential real estate, social housing projects, loan acquisitions, commercial leasing and refinancing.

Declan’s career began in 1991, serving his Solicitors Apprenticeship with Patrick F. O’Reilly & Company in Dublin. Ove the course of his nearly 30-year career, he has served in numerous roles, including establishing his own firm (Declan Brooks Solicitor) in 1997. In 2000, Declan formed the partnership Brooks & Lee Solicitors, which incorporated into Oliver Shanley & Company in 2014. Over the years Declan’s practice has expanded and diversified to include assisting clients with NAMA, Receivers, Peer to Peer lending and related security. Declan also has practiced in Estate planning, Wills, Probate and Enduring Powers of Attorney as well as general practice.
Declan graduated from University College Dublin in 1991 with an Honours Law Degree (BCL).
